A stunning antique Sarouk rug, handwoven circa 1910 with a terracotta red medallion on an ivory field surrounded by a narrow blue border. Lovely secondary colours including blues, pinks, reds and greens and fabulous wool quality.

Size: 1.98m x 1.27m (6ft 6in x 4ft 2in)

This rug is in good condition with slight age related wear. Small area of heavier wear in top right corner (see photos). The fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
