Size: 6ft 1in x 4ft 9in (186 x 144cm).

Antique Persian Heriz rug of scarce small size. The rug is beautifully drawn with a eight point star central medallion surrounded by a lattice on an ivory coloured ground. The red ground border is beautifully drawn.

Circa 1920.

The rug has soft wool, and superb natural colour from natural dyes.

The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good thick pile.

The rug is suitable for heavy domestic floor use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
