The pierced shaped ormolu gallery top encompassing a leaf-cast border with serves type porcelain plaque decorated with bands floral gilt work on a green ground around perched exotic birds on branchwork; raised on three triform bowed legs embellished with leafing flowerheads and berry ormolu mounts joined by a matching under tier with similar serves type porcelain plaque on a royal blue ground, finished with scrolled feet.
