Circa 1860. Rare outsized Victorian figured mahogany Wellington chest. The polished mahogany top above a simple beaded frieze and eight full length drawers with original finely turned knobs, flanked by rectangular pilasters (locking pilaster on the right – with working lock and key). Supported on a moulded plinth base. Quality item with solid mahogany drawer linings and in excellent condition.
