What periods do these rings come from?

The available selection primarily spans the 1930s through to the 1960s. These decades encompass art deco, mid-century, and vintage design movements. Each era brings distinct mounting styles and cutting techniques to the jewellery.

Which metals are most common?

Yellow gold, 18ct gold, white gold, and platinum appear regularly across the collection. Platinum is frequently paired with yellow gold bands in mid-century pieces. These durable materials provide a secure foundation for the diamonds.

Are these rings suitable for daily wear?

Solid gold and platinum bands combined with secure settings make these rings appropriate for regular use. Proper care ensures the metal and stones endure. Routine checks by a jeweller help maintain the security of the diamond settings.

How do old cut diamonds differ?

Old cut stones are shaped by hand rather than modern automated processes. They possess deeper pavilions and distinctive faceting patterns. This historic cutting style produces a unique visual charm under low lighting conditions.
