An attractive lowboy with an arrangement of three drawers above a fret carved shaped frieze. Well figured oak top with medullary rays, mahogany cross banding to the top and drawer fronts. The legs are fruitwood with some historic repairs, but are solid and stable, please see images. The whole has a lovely waxed patination and is an attractive piece of English country furniture. C1780
