Georgian Mahogany Bow Fronted Corner Whatnot.

18th century
Description

A Geo III bow fronted mahogany and ebony inlaid corner whatnot. The top with faux marble inset is supported by three turned pillars with a shelf below. There is a single opening door with concave shelf inside, all standing on short turned feet. Good colour and patina and in original condition throughout. A useful piece of furniture that could be used as a drinks cabinet, the shelf inside was made this way so as to accomodate bottles.
