A Rare Early Georgian Antique Pine Astral Glazed Barrel Back 2 Piece Cabinet

This cabinet is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and then waxed it in a lovely antique brown bri wax giving it a stunning patina.

The cabinet would look well in an old or modern property in the corner of any downstairs room for any type of storage purpose. It would look particularly well in a living room doubled up as a drinks cabinet.

The cabinet stands on a square plinth supporting the main section. There are two large doors to the bottom the doors have a lovely georgian moulding round the panel. There is a key that locks the doors. There is a shelf behind the doors for storage. The top sits neatly upon the base havinf two astral glazed doors. There is a brass closing fixture that locks it. Behind the door there are two shelves that are beautifully scrolled.The top has a georgian castle type scrolled cornice.

It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
