Description

A stunning and useful antique three tier etagere in walnut, with a cabinet below. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

The quality is outstanding, with such a high level of craftsmanship on display. The burr walnut grain patterns and colours are absolutely gorgeous. Every flat surface; the tops of all three tiers, door fronts, back and sides; all have cross banded edges and double herringbone inlaid borders. This sits on nicely turned legs and original brass casters. It is nicely polished on the back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have recently had this re-polished, it is in great condition for its age, with only some minor old wear beneath the polish here and there.
