Description

A Regency period, rosewood pier glass mirror and cabinet, Circa 1820. The plain mirror glass plate within mould frame. The base section with bevelled mirror glass door enclosing a single adjustable shelf. Flanked by column supports with gilt-metal capitals, on compressed bun feet. Cabinet complete with original lock and key.

An original, handsome mirror and cabinet, in very good condition and ready for use.

Dimensions:

This mirror and cabinet measures approximately 197.5 cm (77.75") tall (89 cm (35") to the cabinet top), 56 cm (22") wide, and 42 cm (16.5") deep.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This mirror and cabinet is in a very good original condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. Good colour, polish and patina throughout. Some minor marks and blemishes, in keeping with age and use. A small very slight aged natural split to the veneer on the cabinet top. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
