Antique Georgian Oak Peg Joined Hall Settle Bench C1780 Wdb6115/8.11

Description

Lovely antique george 111 oak hall settle bench and dating from aorund 1780. It has a moulded top rail above three moulded panels and corbal supports above a plank seat and with shaped downswept armrests leading to turned and block legs on a small bun foot joined by squared stretchers. It is hand and peg joined.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak and oozing all of the charm and character of the georgian house period.

Measures: 45" high X seat height 19" X 26.5" deep X 72.5" long
