Superb marble top washstand from the fabulous Victorian era. Made of beautiful mahogany with rich colouring and amazing graining will make a fabulous dressing table in either the bedroom or bathroom. The shelve fitted to the back is an ideal place to display treasures/ trinkets. The marble top keeps cool so can make an ideal surface for baking and would look fabulous in a kitchen. The four drawers all fitted with charming bun handles all run smoothly. Standing on beautifully turned, tapering legs fitted with brass castors this is a great piece of antique furniture that is both practical and versatile.
