A very elegant Caterbury /whatnot of well thought out design, making it a really useful piece of furniture. with simulated bamboo suports There are storage drawers to base Caterbury for papers and magazines, 2 shelves above , one with spindles for books and an open shelf for display. Good Ebony inlay with a fine patina overall. Original castors to legs and and knobs to oak lined drawers. Historic split to one shelf but this in no way detracts from the look or value of the piece. provenance from Leighon House, Manaton, Devon. All sizes are in inches.... 21 wide, 18 deep and 60 tall.Thank you for looking.
