North of England Georgian Antique Oak Settle Seat

This 18th century antique oak settle seat is a good, strong example that is a lovely, original colour. A large size and featuring a raised panel back rest with open arms on turned supports. The front legs are cabriolet in shape with a moulded rail above. The seat is nicely webbed and the settle comes with as useable seat cushion that requires a new top fabric. In very good, honest and original condition, this period oak antique settle dates to around 1780 and comes Northern England.
