An absolutely exquisite set of 19th-century wall shelves. These fine shelves, in solid mahogany, are comprised of three delicately-moulded-edged shelves united by superbly well-turned pillars. All four original turned finials are present, all three shelves are true and flat without any distortion, there are two gilt-brass loop fixings for hanging, and it has four original feet if it is to be placed on the floor or on another piece of furniture. A really elegant example with an original finish, great colour, and in superb condition. English, c.1850.
