Antique edwardian mahogany wardrobe and matching dressing table and dating form aorund 1900. Of quality mahogany the wardrobe has a cornice top with chevron inlaid stringing with a deep mahogany frieze above a central strung full length door with oval bevelled mirror and original brass handle. To each side there are two panels both edges with chevron stringing and with the top panel having oval inlay design. Internally the wardrobe is oak lined and with brass hanging rail. There is a long drawer to the base again which is oak lined and with original brass handles and chevron inlay stringing. It stands on a shaped squared feet.

The dressing table chest has an oval bevelled mirror set within a mahogany frame which is strung and supported on inlaid strung stantions topped with finials. There is a small jewellery drawer to either side with the drawer being mahogany lined with small brass handles and chevron stringing. It has a moulded and strung edge to the top above two long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with bras shandles and with chevron strung edges. It stands on squared tapering legs which are also strung.

A lovely quality matching set with deep mellow colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

The wardrobe measures: 80" high X 19" deep X internal depth 16.5" X 49" wide

The dressing chest measures: 61" high to top of mirror X 30" high X 19.5" deep X 42" wide
