Corner Standing Whatnot in Faux Bamboo

19th century
Description

Very decorative and a great size French cherrywood corner standing four tier "whatnot" in faux bamboo and with highlighted bamboo ring turns, circa 1860 and in lovely original condition.

With each tier being supported by the turned and tapered columns and with the ring turns being highlighted in a darker, almost walnut tone, they really stand out so hopefully in the detailed photos you will be able to see this as it's a great effect.

Useful size for display or hallway, but could also make a drinks table with decanters and cut crystal glassware perhaps...or anywhere else!

61 inches or 155 cm maximum height

21 1/2 inches or 54.5 cm across front legs

15 inches or 38 cm from front leg to back leg corner

13 1/2 inches or 34 cm between each shelf
