Antique George III Yew Canterbury-whatnot

Description

Circa 1800, rare George III yew canterbury-whatnot. The upper two-division canterbury section with ring turned spindles, supported on ring turned, tapering supports surmounted by finely turned finials and with a cedar lined drawer with finely turned original knobs. With further ring turned, tapering columns to a lower shelf with a wrap-around gallery and over ring turned feet and original brass caps and castors.
