Unusual Georgian Oak Cabriole Leg Lowboy

Description

Unusual design and configuration 18th century George 3rd oak cabriole leg lowboy. The drawers, top and chamfered corners are all cross banded in walnut. Nice shape cabriole legs. The drawers with cock beading and fretted brass handles (most are original). The lowboy has a bit of an American look about it with the double bank of drawers but I am pretty certain it is English made. The lowboy is a fabulous colour with rich patination and waxed finish.
