Description

Circa 1920, two tier occasional table or lamp stand by Morison and Company, famous Edinburgh cabinetmakers. The rectangular top is in quartered figured walnut and has a wavy gallery, on shaped fluted supports. This is over a conforming lower tier with a drawer, and is all supported on tapering cabriole legs with scrolled toes.
