A wonderful example of a set of early/mid 19th century wall-hanging shelves. The four mahogany-lipped graduated shelves are united by delicately turned spindle uprights, S-scrolls, and C-scrolls. They retain an original finish of great character and charm, with a rich colour and a glowing patination. These beautiful shelves are English, c.1825 — c.1850.
