Description

A good mahogany Victorian Period hall tree. Constructed using the finest mahogany throughout, the central support having a beautifully carved shell cartouche with four wavy arms each with two finely turned mahogany coat hooks. The lower section having fine pierced scrolling supports, two further mahogany coat/umbrella hooks and with a mahogany rail. The rectangular base having a removable drip tray, the whole supported on turned bun feet. This is a lovely quality example of a hall stand from this period. English circa 1850-1860

Dimensions: 86" high x 38" wide x 11" deep

Condition: This hall stand is in lovely original condition, cleaned and waxed
