Description

Circa 1880, Victorian carved oak hall bench. The panelled back with foliate carving is surmounted by a carved lion head and is flanked by shaped open arms on turned supports. The lifting seat with generous storage beneath is above carved foliate panels to the front and all supported on an enclosed plinth base.
