This pair of late Victorian or Edwardian wall sconce or wall shelves are certainly not a common find. They have good mirrors with a bevel to the edge and are in tidy condition. Not restored recently, they have had a couple of minor repairs over the years but they are most useable and certainly good looking. The galleries have turned spindles and there are pretty little turnings on the base as can been seen in the pictures. We thought they might make a good pair of bedside shelves if the space was limited, but to be honest they could fit into almost anywhere in a home.

If you wanted to use them as just a mirror they could also go the other way up, that is clearly how they had been used in the recent past. Keenly priced for something so unusual at £235 the pair, under £120 each.
