1930's Brass Window Seat By Designer T.H Robsjohn Gibbings

British born and Liverpool educated, Terence Harold Robsjohn Gibbings went on to become the most important decorator in America in the thirties and forties. He was a well known designer who worked with Saridis of Athens (who are still one of Europes finest furniture makers) to make his ranges of furniture. This solid brass window seat was designed by Robsjohn Gibbuings and made by Saridis of Athens. A classic and timeless elegant design, in super condition and beautifully made. Complete with makesr and designers label. This window seat has a sprung, drop in seat pad. A lovely model that would suit many rooms in the home.
