Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the Regency era.
Of iconic X-frame shape (reputably designed by Loudon) it features four divisions with

carved “laurel” motifs and a mahogany lined frieze drawer with unusual carved handles. It is supported on very pretty carved and fluted melon-shaped legs terminating in fine
quality cast brass castors. A very fine example indeed.
Most furniture by the firm of Gillows is not signed, so what leads us to firmly accredit this piece? The quality is indisputable (as with all Gillows); the fluted shaped legs are typical, and the first class cast brass castors are all significant factors.
