An Unusual Mirror Backed Hall Console Stand

Description

A Victorian ebonised mirror backed hall stand . Deep shelved fabric lined base (velveteen) with gilt applied decorative moldings. Amboyna veneer decoration to the uprights. Heavy rectangular mirror which can be mounted at a higher level than the base. The base has brass castors to the underside. Extremely useful as hall unit in a large entrance way.

The base is 103 cm wide and 70 cm high and 41 cm deep.

The mirror is 101 wide by 81 high 7 cm deep and can be wall mounted higher than the base.
