Description

1920's Heals Oak Bureau on Chest.

This English early twentieth century oak bureau on chest is in very clean and original condition. The drawer fronts feature raised panels and a moulded front edge. Complete with two keys, one for the chest section and one for the bureau. Made in solid oak, even the drawer linings, the handles and writing surface are in excotic hardwoods. This bureau chest stands well on a stretchered and turned leg base. Made by Heals of ondon in the early twenties, a useful piece of well designed oak furniture.
