Pair of 19th Century French Elm Benches

Description

A good pair of late 19th Century elm benches with trestle ends and long square section stretchers. These long, sturdy antique benches have thick elm seats with a deep rich colour and lovely patination which highlights the beautiful grain of the timber. The condition of these benches is very good, they are stable, sturdy and solid. They are also photographed with a superb French elm dining table, these pieces compliment each other extremely well, both table and benches are offered for sale as separate items. These benches offer a variety of decorative opportunities whether in the kitchen, hall or dining room.
