The Antique Furniture Company has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.

Comprising a breakfront fitted wardrobe with egg and dart carved cornice and central mirror door with mistletoe carvings to the arch, it has a super fitted interior with various drawers and sliding trays and flanked by a 19 3.4in (50cm) deep hanging space to each side. The dressing table has a large quarter veneered top with scroll carved gallery to the back and three section mirror with carved flaming torch to the top and similar flaming urn to the stretchers below. The tallboy also has a gallery to the back and has a cupboard to the top with three graduated drawers below and brass caps to the front legs.

In excellent condition and fitted throughout with ‘Crofts Assinder English Hand Made’ locks with original gilded keys, all mirrors are bevelled and only have a few minor spots. On the dressing table there is a small nick out the finial on the left mirror support and a chip out the stretcher below in front the urn, the top surface has some marks and fading and a drying line above the right and centre drawer divide. The tallboy is faded between the top two drawers and to the doors and legs and has lost a ‘drop’ to a bottom handle. Still a very handsome suite with one of the best wardrobe interiors we have seen.
