18th Century Antique Elm Tavern Settle Seat.

This is a fabulous, large scale antique elm tavern seat that is gently curving in shape and in excellent, original condition. The colour and patina of this Georgian antique seat is superb, a more unusual model having internal arm rests within the large shaped wings. The back of the settle is slatted, with a curved elm seat, the back of the settle is as impressive as the front, so could be positioned away from the wall for full impact. In very good, solid and robust condition with no alteration over the years. A good country elm piece of Georgian tavern seating that dates from around 1770.
