Carse Antiques has dated this piece to the 1750s.
Square legs united by stretcher beneath with original turned ring for the water jug. Three drawers to the carcass, all of which are oak lined with a cupboard above. Some of the brass axe head handles are original some are later.

The top opens up to reveal the original open ring for the bowl etc. and the original mirror which is fully adjustable both in height and angle pulls up from the back.
It retains its original Georgian brass lift handles to the sides. Still a very useful piece today with the cupboard space and the three drawers.
