Athey Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
the single door wardrobe with flared cornice and attractive panelled fronts with lovely stylised carved designs, the oval bevel edge mirrored door opening to interior with hanging hooks and deep drawer to the base.
the wardrobe has marks / scuffs commensurate with age and use and slight damage to one corner of the cornice ( as photographed ) , the dressing table also has some marks and scuffs.
although these two items are not an exact match, they are very close in colour and style and are good functional pieces.
