E W Cousins and Son has dated this piece to the 1870s.
The arched beveled mirror in moulded frame with carved spandrels to top corners flanked arched open areas joined by carved cross rails carved top decoration. A furthe 4 brass hooks on the uprights. Veined marble above the carved thumb moulded mahogany lined drawer having brass handle. On carved square uprights with leaf carved corbels. The flanking stick stands with square tapered pillars with line carvings and mouldings topped by urn shaped finials. Turned cross supports. The breakfront plinth base incorporating tin drip trays.
