This is a fabulous, English antique oak settle that is a beautiful colour and in super condition. A very uncommon model with having four drawers under the seat. Standing on cabriole legs, the settle dates from around 1790 and originally from Northern England, this antique settle seat has raised panels to the back, shaped open arms and the seat has fixed boards with a squab cushion on top. In very good, original condition throughout and the oak colour and patina is entirely original. A good large size, perfect for a large entranceway, hallway or reception room.
