Description

Superb mid 19th.c. doctor’s consultation couch or daybed c.1880. Buttoned leather top in a bottle green hide with a raised head end and rounded corners at the foot. With a useful drawer below the seat, accessible from both sides, and raised on fine turned legs with splendid large brass castors. Brass grips to each side of the drawer. Excellent condition, recently reupholstered.

Dimensions: width 66", depth 26", height 29".
