SUPERB and RARE early to mid Victorian OLIVE-WOOD veneered bedroom suite in first class original condition. This is the biggest piece of furniture I have ever seen in olive-wood. The quality of this suite is as good as it gets and was obviously made by one of the top furniture makers of the time probably in London.

The wardrobe is an unusual design with a mirror door on one side and drawers and a cupboard on the otherside. Full length hanging on the left hand side with original potty cupboard at the base. The right hand side with 4 drawers, all beautifully mahogany lined inside with shelved cupboard above. Great cornice and swan neck pediment with carved decoration throughout. The ends are quarter veneered and cross banded. The wardrobe size is 89" high by 48" wide so it is not too bib either.

The bedside cupboard again is in first class condition and is 15" square by 34" high overall.

The dressing table is also in good condition, the drawers again all mahogany lined and it has its original castors to the base. Mirror backed with carved decoration. The size is 42" wide by 22" deep by 67" high overall.

The whole suite is in exceptionally good condition with no repairs or veneer chips and it is all a very nice light faded colour. The veneers are very striking.

Why buy modern when you can get a quality suite like this for a fraction of the price.
