Superb Quality Solid Mahogany Victorian Hall Stand

Description

For sale is a top quality Solid Mahogany Victorian Carved Hall Stand. The top of the hall stand has a lion carved pediment with 6 carved panels below. The panels all depict different subjects and are surrounded by intricate coat pegs. The top of the base section is carved with a single drawer below with carved lion mask to match the rest of the piece. At the front of the hall stand there are two elaborately carved lions flanked by original umbrella trays. The hall stand dismantles into two pieces for ease of transport. This is a beautiful hand carved piece, the quality of which cannot be matched today as this piece is probably one of a kind and would grace any hall way. (please note the carved pediment is removable to reduce the height if necessary)
