Description

Superior quality mid 19th.c. marble top washstand or dressing table c.1860. Original extravagantly shaped white marble top with splash back and shelf and thumb molded edge. On a shaped mahogany veneered base with a single drawer and unusual pierced front leg with a large carved and turned finial at the centre. Shaped pot board plinth below. With a makers stamp below the marble by T.Feetham of Hull. Excellent condition with just two very small chips the edge of the marble.

Dimensions: width 48", depth 20", height 43".
