The mahogany commode has two steps, with the top step having a hinged lidded cushion moulded box. Each step is inset with green leather with gold tooling.
Standing on turned feet.
The mahogany is a lovely warm golden colour, with a good patina.
Bees-waxed and polished.
A wonderfully attractive and extremely practical and useful antique item.
The condition overall is very good, having general signs of age and use, but really very minor.
Solid, sturdy and strong.
