Description

A very fine quality Goncalo Alves Music Étagère by renowned makers Gillows, the top having a rise and fall slope with a brass ratchet. The sides having 4 ring turned tapering supports with brass columns. The combination of this fine timber with the brass gives a striking appearance, the whole raised on squat gadrooned bun feet with inset castors. Made from the finest quality timbers with superb proportions and condition throughout. George IV, Circa 1825
