Marble Top Inlaid French Comode.

1900 - 1920
Description

This serpenitine french comode chest is offered in very good condition.

The comode consists of 3 swept drawers all have retained all original escutcheons and handles.

The front corners have large ormolu mounts to each top corner and the feet also have wonderful mounts.

The sides are also serpentine shaped traditional with a quality item.

The marble top has a moulded edge and is also in very good order.

The comode chest dates from around the 1950's.

The overall dimensions are

46 inches wide

23 inches deep

34 inches tall.
