Jeckyll & Co has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The colour, the chamfering around the panel doors, the door fastening etc. And perhaps that's its origins, it would certainly look good in as part of a Mouseman interior.

However, there aren't the pegged joints, the panels are thinner and there isn't any surface adzing. Stylistically and construction wise a Metropolitan maker such as Heals of London has got to be in the frame as a strong candidate as designer and maker.

85cm high x 76cm wide x 27.5cm deep
Lovely condition overall, with consistent colour and detachable enamel drip trays
Reliable transport throughout the UK can be easily arranged at cost price, please let me know if you would like a quote.
