Regency Mahogany Linen Press

Description

A handsome Regency mahogany linen press of elegant proportions, raised on distinctive splay feet above a shaped apron. The lower section is fitted with an arrangement of two short over two long mahogany-lined drawers, all retaining their original turned wooden knobs. The upper section is enclosed by a pair of doors featuring attractive inverted mouldings, opening to reveal the original pull-out linen trays.

The press is surmounted by a finely executed multi-moulded cornice, adding to its refined architectural presence. Constructed in two sections, it is easy to transport and install.

Presented in good condition throughout, this is a fine example of Regency craftsmanship, combining practical storage with timeless elegance.
