Set of Six Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs

Description

A handsome set of six Georgian mahogany dining chairs comprising four side chairs and two carvers.

The chairs feature elegant pierced splat backs with finely carved foliate decoration to the shaped top rails, reflecting classic late Georgian design. The rich mahogany frames have been complemented by recent upholstery in a quality oatmeal-coloured fabric finished with brass stud detailing.

Raised on square legs united by stretchers, the chairs are sturdy, comfortable and ready for use. Their timeless design makes them suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Presented in very good condition with only minor age-related marks consistent with use.

A particularly attractive and practical dining set with excellent decorative appeal.
