Large Victorian Oak Pedestal Desk

Description

A useful good quality Victorian oak pedestal desk, with a good warm colour and attractive medullary ray figuring. The desk has a gilt tooled dark green leather top; it is made in the usual three sections, and has a plinth base. The back is polished. The desk has embossed brass ring handles to the deep drawers. The desk has false drawers to the top at the back and one of the pedestals at the back opens to a lockable cupboard with a shelf.
