REGENCY MAHOGANY CANED BERGÈRE CHAIR - English, Circa 1830. Caned arms and backrest with leather studded bottom support. This chair features a brass arm that supports a ratcheted mahogany bookrest, along with green leather buttoned cushions on a sculpted curved back. It has a moulded front rail and stands on tapering, ring-turned, and reeded legs, which are fitted with brass caps and castors.
