A superb rich mahogany reclining armchair, in superb condition, circa 1800.

The chair features professionally upholstered, hand-dyed leather in a warm, deep brown tone, giving it exceptional character.

The seat, back, and leg rest are all deeply buttoned for comfort, complemented by padded, buttoned armrests.

Its smooth reclining mechanism allows the chair to tilt back to an almost fully reclined position, while discreet casters add practicality.

The mahogany frame is beautifully shaped and elegantly carved.
