Georgian Oak Panelled Cornet Cabinet

Description

An impressive Georgian oak panelled corner cabinet of substantial proportions and fine craftsmanship.

The cabinet is raised upon a plinth base. The lower section features two panelled doors fitted with traditional brass “H” hinges, opening to reveal a shaped internal shelf.

The upper section is similarly fitted with two panelled doors, adorned with marquetry shell inlays and brass “H” hinges, opening to reveal shaped shelves within. The frieze is also enriched with marquetry inlay, adding further decorative appeal.

Please note, this cabinet is constructed in one piece.

Presented in good condition, with rich colour and pleasing patina.
