Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Georgian corner cabinets from the late 18th century were designed to utilise unused corner space, often featuring moulded cornices, fielded panel doors, and decorative marquetry inlays such as shells or fan medallions.

These cupboards were predominantly constructed from solid oak, mahogany, or walnut using traditional mortise and tenon joinery, hand-sawn backboards, and brass hinges or mounting loops.

Authentic pieces display period-correct hand-cut joinery, original brass hardware, irregular saw marks on rear panelling, and natural timber patination developed over centuries.

Mounting a corner cupboard in a dining room, hallway, or kitchen utilizes vertical corner space for elevated storage, providing a structural focal point while housing glassware or tableware.

Dust the surface regularly with a dry microfibre cloth and apply clear beeswax once or twice a year to maintain the timber patination, avoiding placement near direct heat sources.
